High performance Nvidia processor Not Working Properly

I used to play gta 5 with very high graphics on my gt 820m. fps were good and i was enjoying. but then suddenly it started misbehaving. i run gta 5 and after a minute, the game fps goes down like hell. i think 10-15 fps not more than this. please help me.

I would guess heat is causing the cpu and/or gpu to downclock.

Has the laptop been thoroughly cleaned of dust inside? Tried a cooling fan?

What are your idle and load temps?

I just recently went to engineer and they cleaned everything including heat sink and coolant gel. But nothing help me out. Please help as this is getting so annoying. Thanks
