High pitch squeak noise and vibration from MSI laptop

I think my laptop is broken. Its a good laptop in general, Plays GTA 5 and battlefield 1 over 60 fps with high graphics but this past week my laptop has been acting out weird. My laptop started to get quite noisy, even when my fans were not doing much with about 45 degrees celcius. And just today, my laptop started making this high pitch squeak every 5-10 sec. A friend of mine told me that my harddrive was broken, even though i got it less than a year ago. I have a warranty, should i get them to replace my laptop?

I would contact the manufacturer as it should never make that noise.

Just make sure, if you can turn it on, to save any personal info on something else. Otherwise you will most likely lose the stuff when they fix it.
