Higher end PC having issues in games

Some games I play for example are Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and games similar, does anything about the results in the picture look wrong?

If you are playing with the laptop running purely on batter power, it may just be that the laptop is adjusting performance to extend battery life.

GPU temps are good. what about CPU? you can check with WHMonitor
