Its a LCD, replaced the power supply and mother board,new ones, when plugged in, do I receive a 5.0 volts on the power supply on the stand by? Because im only getting 3.6 volts, what else could it be,how do you check the t con, thanks for your time Jim

Hitachi have lots of issues with defective LEDs. Is this a led TV? Do you see the picture when you open the TV and use a flashlight on the screen?

For some TVs, 3.6V is the standard standby voltage. 5V is the running voltage. Unless you activate your power supply, it will not have 5V anywhere.
