with your budget constraint you can go for a HTiB I.e.home theatre in a box..with blue ray player in built..like Sony BDV 4100 you mentioned

Don't get HTB - you will get crippled system, with very limited connectivity, and your next question would be "How do I connect XXX to my system, and get surround sound".

Upping up a little bit your budget will get you separate receiver, speakers set, and BD player.
