While I completely agree, you have obviously never actually SPOKEN to a homeless person. A majority of them ARE mentally disabled or damaged from drugs.

Regardless of whether they're homeless or not, a beating is a beating and all videos of people getting the sh*t kicked out of them illegally (violent sports happen to be a legal way of kicking someones ass) then the person committing the act should be tracked down and arrested. If they're so willing to put the evidence online, all the better. I'm sick of CCTV cameras everywhere anyway.

This material can only thrive because there is a public that adores such cruelty.

The human species is quite cruel, and especially cruel when situations and such scenarios as mentioned in the above article do not come "close to home".

Since we are talking about the homeless in this particular case, people tend to care less. However people seem to forget that any single one of us could potentially become homeless through the simple event of losing our jobs and not being able to find a new one.

Of course not all homeless people are homeless due to a personal tragedy or the loss of a job, some even choose to be homeless over being part of the corporate machine. But however small the population of homeless people who cannot help their descent into homelessness, we must not forget that all of them, regardless of where the cause of their homelessness lies are still people just like you and me.

Always keep an open mind, look around you and question everything.
You are in control of your actions and we are all in the same boat, rich or poor, black, white, believers and non-believers... we are all humans and on the same path of life.

Be blessed folks and take care of yourselves and one another.

Public discussion of public issues is a fundamental part of democracy. If people would ignore everything that's bad, the world would look even worse than it is now.

Alot of homeless people are mentally challenged... would you go into a "special" school to beat up the kids with _________ mental illness. It is pretty sad saying how i have a brother that is =( I hate people that pick on the disabled, its like beating up the special Olympics team...

It seems that they are trying to mimic Bumfights movies. If you want to beat people up, join something in the lines of martial arts or boxing. If you are not in good physical standing, then watch U.F.C. or play a video game. I agree about the idea of filming the culprit in jail after they get caught hurting someone who is already down.

While I think these video are sick and disgusting, a lot of you seem to be of the mindset that every homeless person is that way do to circumstances beyond their control.. While there are many like that, the majority of homeless people, at least here in South Florida are homeless because of their own life choices.. They have no one to blame for their situation but themselves..

i think the issue here is that there are two different circumstances being discussed simultaneously.

The first, most commonly commented on is the beating of the homeless. Utterly dispicable. Needing to pick on anyone is just wrong, let alone someone downtrodden already. That being said...

The second is the encouraging of homeless people to do things a 'normal' person wouldn't do with a six-pack or a few dollars as payment. Downright hilarious. If someone is willing to jump into a dumpster or do something else degrading for a 6pack, let them do so; i know people with gainful employment who do worse.

If I remember correctly, some people responsible for bumfights were charged a few years ago.

The homeless should group together and go mob like on those doing this.
