Solved! Hooking up 2 tv to one reciever

I want to hook up my tv in the garage to the reciever on my tv in the basement. I have bell express vu and 3 tv in the house on a sw44 switch

Install a splitter on the cable going to the basement tv, then run a coax to the man cave.
