Hooking up multiple devices to play through computer speakers? help!

Hey folks,
I have a LG tv that doesn't have a 3.5mm output jack or the option to output to my computer speakers I want to use.

I want my ps4, cable box, wiiU etc, to all play through these speakers. I need a box that has more than just HDMI inputs and outputs.

I found this, but was wondering if there was a better option. (both in either better quality, or same thing but cheaper):

That will work but be aware that the output is fixed level which means that you will need to adjust volume on the PC speakers.
If your TV is 4k you would want one that will work with 4k, HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2.

is there a cheaper way to do what im trying to do?
or a better way?
