Hookup sony headphones

I have sony headphones trying to hook up to my Vizio tv but it doesn't have audio out just audio in and no headphone jack is there any other way to hook up to my Vizio tv model # E470VA

Your TV has a coax SPDIF digital audio output so you will need one of these to convert to analog stereo

and then a headphone amp.
You could connect a bluetooth transmitter here instead and use any bluetooth headphones (or wireless headphones with their own transmitter.) Nice to not have cables.
