Hookup subwoofer

I have a subwoofer with some ports on the back. But, none match the single RCA out on my reciever (denon avr-391). Any ideas? Pics at billsmess.blogspot.com.

The single RCA is a digital out, the inputs on the sub are analog inputs.
You need a D to A convertor, either built into the amp or stand alone type.
