Solved! Horizontal Lines

I have a 2 Year old Hitachi Roku 60” TV, M/N 60T70. There at a few horizontal line that make the image flicker up and down.
Here is a video of the problem. Is this fixable?

Is this line only visible while using a specific source or is it always there? On the onscreen display as well?

unplug power, press the power button on the TV (not the remote) for about 30seconds. Replug poer and try again

other than that, your TV is faulty and needs repair.
