Sorry to double post, but with all due respect? It is as good as the CD original if it is in 320kbps or higher. Only with extremely good ears, extremely good speakers and headphones, etc. would you be able to tell any difference between the original Studio Master, a CD and a 320kbps CD rip.

Look, the solution is to tax availability of unwanted content, not control, censor, or block it.
