How can I appear "logon username" and the PC name on every thing we need to print by Group policy

How can I appear the username (logon username) and the PC name on everything we need to print?
I need do that by the Group policy to apply that on more than 1500 clients and machines.

If the users already have a logon with a password why not simply add them to the group allowed to print?

Otherwise, setup the users for the printer queue as shown here http://www.pcworld.com/article/212461/how_to_password_protect_a_printer.html which means creating an account for every user you want access to printing and they will need to configure passwords for those accounts. Or create the accounts however you like for whatever purpose you need this for.
