How can i bypass a google lock

My mom forgot her password to her phone... So I decided to reset it and she dont know her gmail. How can I bypass it? My moms phone is a ZTE!!

We can't help with bypassing security, contact Google support or the phone carrier. When you setup the phone you can setup secondary emails in-case the primary email is not available, or a phone number to text a recovery code to. Next time make sure that is done.
