How can I close the "powerskin please do not close" window on my ASUS laptop, windows 8?

Did a refresh on my computer, had problems getting everything set back as it was before. Finally did, but now I get the "powerskin please do not close" window, which I cannot get rid of. Tried X'ing out but that didn't work. Anyone know how to get rid of this?

Hi,

Please do try these steps that may do the trick.
- Open Task Manager and go to the Startup tab.
- Disable Powerskin from the startup items.
- Click Apply or OK then reboot the laptop.
