how can i connect my hp touch smart notbook to my tv wirelessly

I have windows 10 and my laptop is an hp touch smart book. It is blue tooth compatible I know dish is also can I show pic or movies through TV with my laptop either wirelessly or through Bluetooth?

Hi,

You don't actually need bluetooth in order for your laptop to connect to your TV wireless. The requirements of Windows 10 in order to connect your laptop into your TV is 1. TV must be a smart TV which can connect to your wireless network or you can use 3rd party device in order for your TV to connect to your wireless network if your TV is not a smart TV. (Chromecast is one example)
