How can I connect speakers to bluetooth adapter and pc?

I am looking into buying a bluetooth receiver for my speakers so i can freely connect my phone and play music, however I also use these speakers for my pc. Is there a way I can connect these all together, so when I'm not using pc i can use my phone to play music without changing wires, etc everytime. Thanks

Are your speakers powered? Do you need just a Bluetooth Receiver (device where to plug your speakers, or one ond of the Y-cable proposed), or an amplifier with built-in BT capability?

Using a splitter to connect two sources to one output can cause problems because you are also connecting the PC to the BT transmitter. An input selector is the right way to choose the source that feeds the speakers.
