How can I control volume & power on my Vizio M322i-b1 TV with no Remote

My cable remote AND my VIZIO tv remote stopped working. How can I control volume and power on my VIZIO M322i-b1 TV? (It only has one button which does nothing when I press it or hold it down at length.)

First try fresh batteries in the TV remote.

If still no joy you'll need a new remote, try an "all-for-one" third-party remote if you can't get manufacturer's replacement.

If you have a cable box the remote for that will often have the IR codes to turn on a TV and adjust the volume. Can't usually change inputs though.
