How can I do it?

My computer is a laptop and it has AMD HD8750M and Intel HD4400 graphic cards. I sont want to use HD4400 normally, I know when I launch the game, it turns to AMD graphics but I want to use AMD HD8750 as a normal graphic card. Can it be?
