How can I fixed the Viber issue in HTC EVO Design?

I have a HTC EVO Design. Last week I installed the Viber call app to my HTC android smartphone but it gives me some error that are; my phone messaging is automatically disable and I try to on it again and again but I couldn't get it and secondly When I dial the call from Viber it is hang after some second. Can anyone help me in this regerds?

I did try it but not get it solve. Is it my phone problem or viber version. Should I use another version. Is it good?
