How can I get back my fb account and log into without sim and email

I'm over 35 years..I use fb account since 2014 two days ago some took the sim and changed password and I have no email then what do I do? Help please

Contact facebook support. We cant do anything.

That's why you need a backup mail account to recover a lost email account so you can then recover your fb account.

IIRC, fb also allows you to recover a lost account via fb contacts who can vouch for you being the legitimate account holder.

In any case, you'll likely have to jump through some fb tech support hoops.
