How can I get more video memory on my Dell Inspiron 13-7368?

I need at least 2gb of video memory how can I get more without paying too much. I currently have 0 mb (idk what that means)

Laptops are generally not upgradeable. I am guessing it has integrated Intel graphics rather than a proper graphics card.
There probably is not a way to stick a graphics card in it even if you wanted to.
