That model is not a Smart TV, it has neither WiFi nor an ethernet port so it can't connect to a network, there would be no point since the TV does not have any networking software or internet apps.

You need to buy a Smart TV if you want to connect it to a network.

You can use any media streamer (Roku, Apple TV, Firestick, Chromestick, or android TV) to add smart functions to your TV. The streamer connects to your wifi rather than the TV.
