How can i get my old photos from google photos. ..when i already has one before

Had broke my ph.didn't have a memory card.how can i get my old picture's from my old google photo account ? Just started a new one

If they were actually in the Google account (and not just on the phone), then you should be able to access the account from the new phone. It doesn't have to be the phones main account.

If, however, you had a different Google account but it had not been synced with the phone before you stopped using it, or it was not uploaded at all to the Google account, then you won't be able to get it.
