Solved! How can i get my phone back on I downloaded something and now the phone turns straight off when it comes on.

I tried downlaoding a game i couldnt get it on the play store so i tried downloading it on the internet, the econd i clicked download the phone turned off and it comes on but turns straight back off as soon as the samsung logo comes up. is there anyway to get ri of the virus without going on the phone to do it because i can not get onto the phone

could try doing factory reset. but that will erase all your data on the phone

thank you. turns out i dont need to do that i am an idiot the phone just died at the wrong moment ive put it on charge and its now workig
