Solved! How can I get my wife Google account

Can't open Google account,due to forgotten of account,it said,the number used before was not exist in Google account,but the code was sent on that phone number,when I created that Google account.help please

If you don't remember the password, don' have that recovery phone# or setup a recovery email address.
then there is no get into the google account
