I have a Dell N5040-I have 500 Gb HDD,6 GB ram,2 cores 4 threads.How can i increase the Mhz to above 2669?

You normally cannot overclock the CPUs on a laptop. What CPU model is it?

Even if it were possible I wouldn't recommend it on a laptop. Overclocking generates more heat, and a laptop has a hard enough time dealing with that as it is.
