How can I move my phone stored app a to my ad card on a Huawei phone Android

It isn't possible. One some newer phones (ones using Marshmallow) you can run apps from a card because the card can be set as internal, rather than the standard external. However, even on those, an app can be set up so that it only works from a phone itself (and not from cards). If that is the case with this app, and you aren't running Marshmallow, it can't run from the card.
