how can I program a jvc tv remote to work as the cable remote for infinity cable box ?

i have some some small infinity cable boxes without remotes for cable. But how can i use my tv remote with the cable box ?

Unless your TV remote has codes for operating those particular cable boxes preprogrammed in you can't control the boxes with the TV remote.
You could get a Logitech Harmony universal remote that is programmed from their online database. They start at about $30 and can control at least 8 devices.

Thanks, that's what I figured. Thought maybe someone might know a work around for it. I appreciate the help !
