Who is the SD card manufacturer? Samsung?

Are you sure that there is not some tiny "write-protect" switch?

Check the following link:

https://www.disk-partition.com/articles/the-storage-is-write-protected-samsung-3889.html

But do not do anything until you are sure that you have correctly identified the sd card and the applicable process to remove write-protection.

Write protection is a safety measure to protect data. Remove that proctection and you will then be at risk to lose the data (photographs, videos).
