Well what you could do is download the free AVG app (or any other anti-virus) off of the Play Store.

Else you could let a PC with an anti-virus remove them for you by plugging the tablet into the PC and then scanning the memory card for viruses (Usually by right-clicking on the memory card in "My Computer").
