How can I repair an HDMI cable?

I installed a long HDMI cable in my wall when renovating my family room. When I tried to install the box in the wall I broke the head of the HDMI off the cable so I'm left with a lot of hanging little wires and the head! Is there a way to repair this?

I think you should get a new one because once these wires get damaged or broke, they cannot be fixed properly. Sudden disruption will still be there if you somehow repair this wire.
