How can I retrieve you Facebook data

My iPhone lost everything I cannot use it anymore
I put my Sim in a different phone Galaxy 7 try to open my Facebook account and it seems like you open me a new account all my data all my friend everything lost I tried to find out way to retrieve data cannot figure it out please help thank you

go to facebook.com and login as you old user.

Facebook data not depends on sim card,
Simply login to facebook website.
