How can i run League of Legends on my PC?

I have a HP 11" Stream and it downloads League of legends fine but won't run it. It keeps stopping at 88% or lower.

I am going to say that it is probably due to lack of storage. The Steam 11 only has 32GB of eMMC storage (unformatted). You will need to install a SD card to expand storage. I think it is compatible with up to a 64GB SD card.
