with a cell phone or wif isp. you have two options. one with a wifi isp or data plan and a wifi hotspot device you can connect to the internet using wifi. on some phones and cell plans you can turn on wifi hotspot. i would spend the extra few dollars for a wifi isp. to give you a device that is the hotspot and not use your phone. if the hotspot goes bad or 5g comes int oyour area you can upgrade the device for free.
