How can I set up triple monitors to my hp pavilion gaming desktop

I want one monitor for gaming and the other two for work I am using the AMD Radeon RD 580 graphics card I am planning to make gaming youtube videos and need help setting them up, I am using two Acer R271 bid 27-inch IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) Display (VGA, DVI & HDMI Ports)
and one Acer XG270HU omidpx 27-inch WQHD AMD FREESYNC (2560 x 1440) Widescreen Monitor.
remember I have the pc but no monitors and what graphics card would I need to run the monitors. And what cables or gear will I need.

Not sure why you are asking about the video cards, you have a 580, which can run 3 monitors fine. Look at what connections the monitors have, what connections the card you have has, and you can figure out what cables you need from there, it's not harder than matching things up like a kids matching game.
