My old phone display isn't working even though I tried to took my picture by Google drive still lots of photos are missing so how can I share my picture from my older phone to my new phone

Connect the phone to a PC via USB data cable and copy your photos to the PC.

Other than that:
For about 15$ you can get a display to replace the broken one.
