How can I tell if someone else has TWRP on my phone

How to tell if someone else has been in my phone backing up my information. my phone is saying internal shared storage now. And I had to format my sd card . My phone did say internal storage

Internal shared storage usually means the SD card was converted over to be "Internal" storage rather than "External" storage.
