how can i update the driver that reads my memory card?

I'm trying to load photos from a memory card and my laptop won't read the card.

I can't get it to read any card. It's an HP I don't know the model

If the card is SDHC the reader may not support SDHC. Not all do

If this is the prob, buy an external card reader that supports SDHC

What version of windows is installed?
