How can I use my external webcam on skype calls?

I have a Samsung galaxy s9 and I want to use my logitech 920 webcam during skype video calls. How can I make this happen?

Probably can't, you need to load drivers for the device to see the camera. You can try hooking it up via a USB cable to the phone and see what happens, probably nothing.
