how can i watch Youtube 720P on a P4 ?!?

Hello all! I have a oldtimer P4 3ghz (OV 3,4ghz)Cooler Gigabyte 3D,MB Abit IS 7,Ram 2,5gb,GPU Saphhire x1950 PRO 512mb /256bit/AGP ,Hdd WD 320gb sata ,Psu 500W,OS Win7x32bit and I Want to watch video clip on Youtube at 720P cursive (image & sound) synchronized voice & image
Right now I can only watch at 340 but the Quality video is poor ....Thanks 4 your Advice !

The Pentium 4 is way too slow for pretty much any modern task, playback of 720p video included. Have you definitely put your internet speed out of the equation? If it's as fast as mine (100KB/s) then you should just about manage 720p with a little buffering now and then.

The internet connection is fast at least 1000mb/s, I wonder if are some settings to make ?!? The other rigs I have works fine in 1080P but they are newer...
