How can u disappear the desktop

When I want to listen to music I can't play the song because the desktop it on my way. Like u can't move the desktop it stays , I want to disappear the deck top ,can u help me?

Why dont you open the media player you are using to full screen?

Click on the "square" next to the "x" on the top right of the screen for full screen, the desktop will disappear behind it. Unless you something like turbo top installed, but then this app can assign anything to stay on top. So your question is rather vague.
