how cani unlock my phone? phone model is ZTE android?

I bought my phone from fiji islands, this is ZTE ANDROID. when i come back to sri lanka i can't access the mobile..they asked about network unlock pin. can you please help me yo unlock the phone.

root your phone and use galaxy toolbox app and select unlock network in that
