How do disassemble a Toshiba P75-A7100 it overheats all the time

My laptop is overheating so it says. I'm hoping it just needs to be cleaned. If that not the problem what could it be. this has been going on for some time. We get the warning that says it hot the just turn it off an d come back later.

Before you go pulling it to pieces it may be best to try canned air. However if that has already be done and you are going to be pulling the laptop apart you will need to be careful. Please also be aware this will void any standing warranty.

I have tried caned air with no results. Reduced the energy settings with no improvement. Is there a video showing disassembly?
I'm confident I can do it just want back up.
