I have a in-dash car stereo and want to be able to play music outside the car on Bluetooth speakers. Something 12V would be best.

A transmitter for the car not a receiver? You would need to look at the back of the radio and see if it has an output to use for this. Likely you will need to wire up your amp outputs to a bluetooth adapter. You don't have anything else that can play music outside of the car stereo? Seems like you are going through this in a very convoluted manner since any cheap phone or music player can do this.

In actuality, it is an automotive radio in the dash of my motorhome I want to be able to play music outside while we are camping. The dash radio has XM, so I wouldn’t need an additional subscription or data charges. I also don’t need high output, so the little Bose Micro speaker would be ideal.
