How do i change my tv from black and white to get colour, i don't know what i pressed on the remote and the colour just disapp

I accidentally pressed something on the remote and the colour disappeared, how do i get it back

I've mistakenly changed the color to black and white too. Go to input list by clicking "my apps" and notice you are likely on "Component"; move the cursor to "Satellite" and the color will return.
