It's a 32 inch Visio an it has only power button menu volume button up or dwn an channel up or dwn

You can try going below channel 2 using the down button. Otherwise you will need a remote. That could be the original one or a good universal like the Logitech Harmony remotes. Cheap ones may not have all the functions of the original remote or work with all Visio models.
