You definitely won't be able to change the input source without the remote on a modern TV.

So you'll need to source a replacement remote --- try googling Remote for Vizio xxx (where xxx is the TV model number), or you can try one of those universal remotes which you program with a code for that make of TV (list of codes is supplied with the remote so make sure list includes Vizio).
