My acer C720 chromebook laptop has lost the correct time how do I get it to say the right time

You may have accidentally changed the time zone. Right click on the clock in the tool bar and then select "Adjust date/time". In the screen that pops up you can change the date and time manually. You can also change the time zone and more.

Once done, try restarting the laptop. loses time when it is off, then you may need to replace your CMOS battery.
