How do I check my RCA battery is full

I charge my RCA tab for about 10hours and charging light never changes.

Then either the phones hardware is not working correctly, the charger cord isn't, or the battery isn't.

First try a different charger cord and see if that does it. If not, then you may want to have the tablet looked.
